- Promote quality education with proper facility and services to students.
- Conduct activities that will inculcate value of hard work in the students.
- Inspire students to use their knowledge as an instrument of social change.

- Provide skill based education by offering a spectrum of courses.
- Run All Round Education Development Programme for needy & tribal students.
- Students should take care of their books, exercise books, calculators and other belongings. They are advised not to leave these in the classroom, library, gymkhana, canteen, etc. The college is not responsible for any loss of or damage to, the articles or valuables of the students.
- Provide vocational guidance and training to the students.
- Assist students to avail free-ship, scholarship, monetary aid for books and stationary.
- Plan and implement welfare activities for students to create self reliance among them.
- Encourage pedagogy of participatory nature.
- Motivate teachers to participate in workshops/conferences and in research work.
- Provide support to staff members for their overall personal and professional welfare.
- Promote extension activities and involve community for fulfilling social responsibilities.
- Appoint sub-committees of staff members to effectively implement various activitie
- Reach out to the community around the college in areas such as health, environment and social issues.
